I know that the Neopet team retired the mushrooms but I decided if anyone wants to know what they do they can find them here. My favorite one is the yellow shroom, when it was cheaper of course. The mushrooms used to be found at the Apothecary, but it was closed down months ago.
Bad Toadstool: This shroom will either decrease your pets hitpoints by 3 or cure your Neopet's disease.
Bloatershroom: This shroom won't do anything special.
Blood Mushroom: This shroom won't do anything special.
Blue Healthshroom: This shroom will heal your Neopet by 1 hitpoint.
Flakyshroom: This shroom will either heal your Neopet by 1 hitpoint or it won't do anything special.
Floatyshroom: This shroom won't do anything special.
Green Healthshroom: This shroom will heal your Neopet by 4 hitpoints.
Green Toadstool: This shroom will heal your Neopet by 3 hitpoints.
Level Up Shroom: This shroom will give your Neopet a level up.
Mega Power Plusshroom: Sometimes this shroom gives you better stats, but it's random.
Pink Toadstool: This shroom won't do anything special.
Poisonous Mushroom: This shroom won't do anything special.
Propellorshroom: This shroom won't do anything special.
Smellyshroom: This shroom won't do anything special.
Spindly Mushrooms: These shrooms won't do anything special.
Strength Shroom: This shroom will raise your Neopets health by one hitpoint.
Super Fast Shroom: This shroom will give your Neopet 1 more movement point.
Tealshroom: This shroom won't do anything special.
Ugly Mushroom: This shroom won't do anything special.
Yellow Healthshroom: This shroom will heal your Neopet from any disease.
